Course Overview
This 7-hour intermediate CE course is especially beneficial for Florida 2-15 and 2-40 licensees but may be taken by all agents and adjusters except 3-20 public adjusters. It is organized into two main units: Unit 1 focuses on the major types of health insurance policies, while Unit 2 addresses the key policy provisions that govern how those coverages work in practice.

What You Will Learn
Areas of study include disability income; accidental death and dismemberment; medical expense insurance; Medicare supplement policies; group insurance; individual and group long-term care (LTC); other health-related policies; mandatory and optional policy provisions; other provisions and clauses; and riders and rights of renewability. The course is designed to deepen your understanding of both product design and contractual details so you can better advise clients and ensure suitable coverage.
